not quite what I expected...
but it still had some pretty good beats in it. I would probably recommend it to others.

Not too Bad
XRB Free has a nice wee selection of beats. I would love to see some more Rock beats or even some cool
funk beats, but this didn't detract from the fact that this is a pretty good product.

Evaluating
I've only just downloaded the free pack and am impressed by the variety of the pre-set loops.But more useful is the IDrum application which I can adjust to suit the music I compose.Have not yet got the results I want, totally, but I feel it's possible with a bit of persistence. Yeah, this looks like the application I was looking for. May even upgrade to the next level in time to come.

Good, but not exactly right for everything.
I found it as a nice collection of loops, but not really useful in my types of musical projects.
There was a bit too much emulation and too many techno-y beats to be a well rounded collection. Needs more natural drumming.
Though the free product was quite welcome, I thank you for this trial period.

Good for what it is
I am more apt to use accoustic drum sounds - this seems more geared toward hip hop.
My 2 cents.

The bits I got to work are really good, I would have liked some better instructions on how to load the kits and loops. Are there any available?

Totally awesome.
Though I was not able to use it first hand because I only use a g3 and also windows in which both hosts are not applicable, as a producer, musical arranger songwriter I would recommend and support this all the way!
